I am fascinated by perception,
what we perceive and what is reality. At first glance my work is seen as a
whole, but if the viewer pauses and studies the work in detail, the entire
process is slowly revealed. A single concept or idea is repeated but altered to
show the endless variety of variation that goes on in an artist’s mind. Translucent layers subtly reveal how the
elements of the work are assembled. The beauty lies in the visual intertwining
of this process.
