When the heavily redacted Mueller Report was first released in 2018, Bill Barr had already started a campaign of mischaracterizing the report. Barr misled the public about its findings and attempted to throw out court cases that have stemmed from the probe. In 2020, many of those found guilty in the Report (and sometimes even pleaded guilty) have been pardoned by President Trump. The Mueller Report was a ‘Rule of Law’ attempt at saving our democracy. Let these charred Reports be a reminder to future generations, that the ‘Rule of Law’ will not always save us. The meaning behind this work continues to evolve, as the reading will change through gained knowledge and/or through the viewer’s judgement.
